膜下血管的持续充盈；空气污染、雾霾较大时，减少外出，避免颗粒物吸入，外出带口罩，回家后可用海盐水清洗鼻腔；尽量少接触各种化学污染物，如甲醛、臭氧等，房间要经常通风，避免有害气体在房间聚集。怕抑郁除了局部因素对鼻腔的影响外，全身的免疫状态对鼻腔的健康也有重要影响。健康、开朗的性格也有利于鼻部健康。鼻腔黏膜下分布的丰富神经使之对情绪变化十分敏感。过敏性鼻炎患者，焦虑、抑郁等精神心理疾病的发生率显著高于正常人群。小贴士流鼻血怎么办？儿童鼻出血：较常见，因其出血部位多在鼻中隔前下方，离鼻孔较近，故可自行用棉球压迫止血，或将鼻翼压向内侧，同时用冰块在鼻部或颈部冷敷，少量的鼻腔出血常能自止，完全不用紧张，紧张反而易导致出血不止。成人鼻出血：多发生在中老年人，反复发生原发性鼻出血的患者应注意保持鼻腔湿润，可经常用油膏涂抹鼻腔黏膜、海盐水喷鼻，避免挖鼻、揉鼻动作。患者应注意保持血压稳定、情绪平和、大便通畅。需要警惕的是有部分患者为继发性鼻出血，如继发于鼻腔肿瘤、鼻腔异物、鼻中隔偏曲、血液系统疾病等，所以鼻出医院进行详细检查以排除这些病因。来源：湖北日报报料：-，微博：湖北日报编发：许应锋觉得不错，请点赞↓↓↓湖北日报
